28 May 1999: Day Five on the Unit:

Hey ya'll, check out what D-Khan made for me! Is he the man, or what? Big shout out to D! I'm sorry to say that this is about the brightest thing I've got to offer today. I'm sorry, kids, but I feel like shit. They said this would happen... and they were right. I've made it through the first round of chemo and am now into the second, with a different drug. The previous one was administered every six hours. The current one is once a day, and not supposed to make me as nauseous as the first. I certainly hope not.. I wish I had more to say, but I'm going back to bed. Oh yeah, I'm listening to the soundtrack from The Thin Red Line. Good stuff. Later kids, much love.
