Dunno where the hell Lilu is at the moment, tho. Aparently she knows this apartment better than I do.
I just wanted to drop in and say hey, let y'all know that I got back down to Mobile just fine, and things are chillin' here. Had a good weekend, kicked around with the guys (and girl! - sorry Megan) from Orko. Had a little party WAYYYYYY out in Theodore. Would you believe it actually got cold enough that the bonfire felt great? Steamin' breath and all that. Spent today hanging with Rob and Sid, cooked some breakfast, read some Dune. I'm fixin to head out to my folk's house and show my dad how to update his website.
Tanya - I've tried a few times to catch you at the apartment and was unsuccessful. I'll try again from my parent's house. Meanwhile... HIYA!! (hug)
Heading BACK to B'ham tomorrow, for some more tests. Sheesh. Heading back to work when I return to Mobile. 'Bout friggin time, what?
Gotta get this house cleaned up and into shape. Started on it. At least I got the computer set up. It's so cool sitting here... four windows before me, green trees and sky beyond... it's darkening outside, rain is coming down...

THERE she is! Lemme see if this webcam will get her...
That window's her favorite spot. She seems to get along fine with the wasps that have built a nest between the screen and the glass. For that matter, they haven't bothered me, either. Even though the window is now open all the time they haven't come inside. BTW, I still don't know where she was holed up. For all I know she just materialized. But if that's the case, why didn't she just materialize on top of the amp? Probably just a cat thing... hell, if she materialized where I could SEE her, it would take all the mystery out of it. Better to materialize just out of sight and walk casually onto the scene.
